Twin-screw Roller Head Extruder is an important equipment to meet the requirements of rubber modern mass production industry. It is used as a crucial down stream machine for the internal mixer. The two screws rotate in the opposite direction, integrated intermeshing, and installed with a certain angle to make the rubber flows more smoothly. The capacity of extruding and conveying is greatly enhanced. The machine is equipped with ultrasonic level gauge and pressure sensor system. It can directly check and control the speed of screws and rollers to achieve mutual matching, so that the sheet can be continuously produced with the characteristic of more compact, tidy and smooth.
